Lauren worked in the NHS for 10 years before joining CAYP Psychology. She studied Psychology at the University of Salford, graduating with a BSc in 2012, and began her career in Cancer Services as an MDT Coordinator, where she developed strong administrative skills, medical knowledge, and minute-taking expertise. She later joined the Neurofibromatosis Type One Service, progressing to Service Manager. In that role, she provided operational and managerial support, collaborating with multi-professional teams to manage performance and finance, contribute to strategic developments, lead service changes, and oversee data collection and analysis—skills she now brings to CAYP Psychology. She loves working for CAYP Psychology and truly enjoys being part of the team. Since joining CAYP Psychology in 2023, Lauren has developed extensive knowledge of all the services we offer, and you will likely interact with her if you progress with our services. She particularly enjoys being the first point of contact for families. Lauren lives in Manchester with her husband, little boy, and their sausage dog, Richmond. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring and making memories with her family, and she also has a keen eye for design and creativity.
