Referral to GP / Shared Care Paperwork

Service Description

Once your child is stable on the medication (few or manageable side effects, and improvements seen), having completed the titration process, you can either: continue receiving private prescriptions through the CAYP ADHD Medication Service move to a shared care arrangement with your child's GP, if they agree If you opt for shared care, we will write to your child's GP to request this. Shared care allows both your child's GP and our clinicians to support with ongoing treatment.
