Clinically-Led Teacher Training for High-Pressure Classrooms.
Supporting Teachers in Managing the Most Difficult Aspects of their Work
Grounded in psychological approaches used in high-pressure NHS environments, Compassionate Mind Training supports teachers to manage pressure, respond effectively and maintain wellbeing in schools.

Dr Murewa Akintola
Murewa has extensive experience working with teams managing high-pressure NHS settings, supporting those in some of the most demanding roles. With 17 years of experience as a clinical psychologist with children, young people and families, she supports professionals to understand the impact of stress, regulate responses, and develop more compassionate ways of working.

Ruby Cole
Ruby brings direct experience from the classroom, alongside her work supporting schools to better understand behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and staff needs. As a former teacher, now an assistant psychologist, her perspective bridges psychological theory and compassionate mind training with the realities of everyday school life.
