Emma Williams
Family Liaison Manager
Emma is the Family Liaison Manager at CAYP Psychology.
Emma brings over twelve years of experience as a teacher and senior educational leader to her role at CAYP. Working in primary schools across London, South Korea and El Salvador, Emma has worked extensively with SEND learners and is trained in trauma-informed practice.
Whilst working at a large international school, Emma held the position of Head of Primary Mathematics and worked as part of the leadership team to make learning more inclusive and drive attainment.
Emma has also worked in specialist SEMH settings, supporting learners with neurodivergence, and a range of cognitive, emotional and mental health challenges.
At CAYP, Emma liaises with families to ensure that they are directed to the right part of our service and acts as a primary point of contact for families, supporting them throughout the referral and treatment process. She coordinates with our clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient journey, and monitors patient data to identify trends, track progress, and improve service delivery.
