Jenni brings over 14 years of experience in sales, business development, and account management. She began her career in the hospitality industry, where she managed both private events and corporate meetings. During this time, she worked with a range of high-profile clients, including Simon Cowell, Sven-Göran Eriksson, and Gordon Brown, developing strong skills in professionalism, efficiency, organisation, and discretion. After nearly a decade in events, Jenni transitioned into sales, specialising in CPD-accredited management training programmes. In this role, she worked with a wide variety of public and private sector clients, including schools, NHS Trusts, logistics firms, and financial institutions. She later joined an HR consultancy, where her work focused on business development, networking, and end-to-end sales. Jenni started her role with CAYP Psychology in 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.  Outside of work, Jenni lives in Manchester with her husband and three young children. Much of her spare time is spent at children’s activities including football, swimming, and parties — as well as keeping up with the everyday chaos of family life. When she does get a moment to herself, she enjoys spinning, shopping, trips to the cinema, and a well-earned cocktail.
