Jessica Waller-Wilshaw is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist trained to Master's level, with extensive experience working in the addiction and mental health field both in the UK and internationally. Since graduating, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals on their recovery journeys, holding roles as a therapist, programme director, and clinical manager across a variety of treatment settings around the world. Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful and lasting recovery, Jessica brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, leadership experience, and a compassionate, person-centred approach to her work. Most recently, she spent 18 months living and working in Thailand before returning to the UK. Jessica has joined CAYP Psychology as she embarks on the next stage of her professional development, with plans to return to university to undertake a degree in Psychology. Having previously worked with children and young people, she was drawn to CAYP Psychology as an opportunity to combine her strong administrative and organisational skills with the chance to continue learning and developing clinically within a specialist service. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys swimming, cooking and exploring new foods, and spending quality time with her family. She values personal growth, connection, and wellbeing, bringing these values into both her professional and personal life.
