Ruby Klineberg
Assistant Psychologist and Relationship and Partnerships Manager
Ruby is an Assistant Psychologist and Relationship and Partnership Manager at CAYP Psychology.
With a decade of experience working in both UK and international educational settings, Ruby has held roles as a class teacher and head of department in several London schools. In recognition of her commitment to supporting young people, she was honoured with the London Teacher of the Year award in 2021.
Ruby graduated with a BSc Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham, where her research explored Post-Traumatic Growth in young adults who had faced serious or chronic illnesses during childhood. To further expand her understanding of psychological theory and research, she also studied in Canada, broadening her approach to supporting young people. After completing her degree, she qualified as a teacher and went on to work in various educational settings.
Throughout her teaching career, Ruby gained extensive experience working with children and families facing a wide range of neurological, cognitive, emotional, and social challenges. She developed a particular interest on advocating for neurodiverse individuals, ensuring they receive the support and interventions they need to reach their full potential.
At CAYP, Ruby supports the team by assisting with school-based observations, report writing, patient on-boarding consultations and assessments. She also develops and leads on our parent and teacher training programmes, creates educational content and develops relationships with external partners and schools nationwide.
