Hannah Bodycote
Clinician Psychologist
Hannah is a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting children, young people (CYP) and families across NHS CYP mental health and parent-infant services. She works with a wide range of emotional, behavioural and adjustment difficulties, including supporting care-experienced children and young people.
Hannah currently works within a children and young people’s mental health team, as well as a specialist service supporting young people with autism and/or learning disabilities and their families. She works collaboratively with young people and families to understand their experiences, identify what might be contributing to their difficulties, and support with learning ways to navigate challenges and build on their strengths.
Hannah takes an integrative approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), attachment-focused and systemic-informed approaches. She believes therapy works best when it is tailored to the individual and/or family, and therefore offers therapy in a creative, flexible and compassionate way. She particularly enjoys supporting families to strengthen their relationships and communication, helping them feel more connected and feel better equipped to manage difficulties together.
Hannah is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist (PYL046756).
